A few days after presenting the home jersey that the Red Devils will wear, Belgium have just revealed their away kit for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Belgian fans are now satisfied. On Monday, adidas and Belgium presented the new national team home jersey for the 2022 World Cup. It is the turn of the away kit designed for the World Cup in Qatar to see the light of day this Friday.
A white… very colorful
If the traditional red composes the new home kit which will be sported by Kevin De Bruyne, Thomas Meunier or Romelu Lukaku in the coming months, white has been honored by the brand with the three stripes on this new creation.
However, this jersey stands out from the others and slightly breaks the traditional codes of Belgium. Several multicolored touches (pink, blue, yellow, orange), visible on the collar, sleeves, armpits, logos, but also on the lower rear part, are added to this relatively sober white base.
A jersey for diversity and inclusivity
A design explained by the fact that this jersey is inspired by the capsule collection adidas x Belgian FA x Tomorrowland “LOVE”. We then find the style itself inspired by fireworks, intended to highlight diversity and inclusivity. The inscription “LOVE” is also present at the level of the back part of the collar.
The three stripes of the German firm, still located on the shoulders, are adorned with a very light sky blue and a thin layer of orange to better visually stand out. The shorts that accompany this new Roberto Martinez men’s kit respect the same color code as the top.
The Belgian Red Devils will have the opportunity to see their proteges wear this new tunic in the coming weeks, especially in Qatar, where Belgium will face Canada, Morocco and Croatia in Group F of the World Cup.
This new Belgium away jersey will be available very soon on FOOT.FR !
