Former club striker Henrik Larsson of Sweden will be joining the Dutch coach, as will the renowned Alfred Schreuder.
Henrik Larsson is back at Barça. The former Swedish striker joins Ronald Koeman’s staff, who knows the club well from his two seasons at the Blaugrana, from 2004 to 2006, in the role of supersub, with an honourable record of 22 goals in 62 matches and a Champions League, two league and one Spanish Supercup win. Retired from the field for more than a decade, Larsson has now embarked on a new coaching career (Falkenberg, Helsingborg).

Ronald Koeman’s staff has also been strengthened today by the arrival of Dutch coach Alfred Schreuder, an “expert in strategic actions” who was notably in Erik ten Hag’s staff at Ajax Amsterdam during their fabulous 2018-2019 season (he knows Frenkie de Jong well). He then took the bench at Hoffenheim, from which he was dismissed last June when his team was seventh with four games to go.
