Loaned for three seasons to AC Milan by Real Madrid, Brahim Díaz has established himself as a fundamental element of Stefano Pioli’s system. The Spanish attacking midfielder, who sent his club to the quarter-finals of the Champions League by scoring against Tottenham on February 14 (1-0), should on the other hand return well to the European champion next season.
Although he has only been able to play 15 La Liga games since joining Real Madrid in 2020, the 23-year-old would now have the confidence of the club, which would like to see him join the team next summer, says AS. The Madrid daily also reports that Real have rejected several attempts by AC Milan, eager to get their hands on the player permanently. Currently under contract until 2025, Brahim Díaz should be added to the extension operation carried out by Madrid management in the coming months.
