A stir is brewing in the workforce of the Reds, who are currently vegetating in 6th place in the Premier League, 7 points from 4th (Tottenham). While some elements could pack their bags, including James Milner and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, the Mersey club could attract a star from Chelsea or a Dutchman from Bayern Munich, according to the international press.

If Jürgen Klopp was less specific on the tracks of the English club, the German, who should continue the adventure on the Liverpool bench next season, confirmed that the club was working on the summer transfer window: “Will we put 100 million (pounds) for just one player? We never talk about those things. But we will spend during the summer… That’s what I can say. The club will spend during the summer. For whom and how much, there is nothing to say. We are already preparing for the next season. On the side of the players, it is positive. There are discussions, but no decisions. We are busy as you can imagine.”

Movement in defense?

As Mohamed Salah ponders his future with the Reds, Liverpool would like to sign a centre-back. According to The Mirror, the French Evan Ndicka (Eintracht Frankfurt), in the sights of OM and FC Barcelona in particular, would please Liverpool, thanks to his level of play and his contractual situation (end of contract in June 2023). The British club are also reportedly eyeing South Korean Kim Min-jae, who plays for Napoli and is being tracked by Man Utd. According to journalist Ekrem Konour, an offer of 65 million euros would be expected by the Italian club.

Finally, according to the revelations of Football InsiderEnglishman James Ward-Prowse (Southampton) is tracked by Liverpool and the Red Devils.
